Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what use of mcpbaz.ir and MCPbaz catalog-related content is allowed, and which behaviors are prohibited. It forms part of the Terms of Use.

Without limitation, the following are prohibited:

2.1 Abuse of banking and payment services

Any abuse of banking, payment, or gateway services — including attacks, exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing rate limits or other restrictions, impersonation, or any unauthorized use of keys and APIs — is expressly prohibited. MCPbaz does not store your keys or transaction data; lawful use of keys and services is your responsibility.

2.2 Malicious or misleading server submissions

Submitting a server or tool that includes malware, phishing, data theft, or other harmful behavior, or that gives misleading descriptions of function, security, or brand affiliation.

2.3 Spam and form abuse

Bulk, repetitive, or unauthorized automated submissions, or using the tool-submission form for unrelated advertising, deception, or disruption of the service.

2.4 Impersonation of brands

Impersonating a brand, falsely claiming “Brand Verified” status, or misusing others’ names and marks. The Brand Verified badge is granted only with the brand’s written confirmation and is not for sale. Sponsored placements must carry a “Sponsored” label and must not be presented as neutral endorsement.

2.5 Disruption of the site and security

Attempting intrusion, disrupting availability, unauthorized data collection, bypassing security measures, or any other action that harms the infrastructure or users.

2.6 Unlawful use

Any use that violates the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran or the rights of others.

If you see a violation of this policy, brand impersonation, or harmful catalog content, report it to the MCPbaz team at mcpbaz.ir@gmail.com. Please include the link or identifier, a short description, and evidence where possible.

4. Enforcement

If this policy is suspected or confirmed to have been violated, the MCPbaz team may, with or without prior notice:

Taking or not taking an action in one case does not waive the MCPbaz team’s rights permanently.

5. Relation to other documents

This policy is read together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. On questions of allowed behavior, this policy prevails for acceptable-use matters unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change.
