By accessing or using mcpbaz.ir, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Acceptance of terms

Use of the site means you accept these terms and related policies, including the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. The Acceptable Use Policy is an integral part of these terms.

2. Description of the service

In phase one, MCPbaz is a catalog and reference directory of MCP servers for Iranian services. The site displays information and links related to MCP servers and may also present three official MCP servers (Zarinpal, Finnotech, and SnappBox).

You run official MCP servers on your own systems with your own keys. The MCPbaz team does not store your API keys or transaction data and is not a payment or banking intermediary.

3. Accounts and submissions

In phase one you may not have a full user account; content is mainly submitted through the tool-submission form. You agree that information you submit is accurate, up to date, and not misleading, and that you have the right to submit it.

The MCPbaz team may review, edit, reject, or remove submissions, without any obligation to publish every suggestion.

4. Disclaimer for third-party servers

Responsibility for servers listed by others lies with their creators. Listing in the catalog does not mean we endorse the quality, security, legality, or performance of that server, unless we expressly state otherwise.

Use of any MCP server, including presented official servers, is your own responsibility and subject to the original service provider’s terms.

5. Badges and sponsorship

Misuse of brand names or marks, or faking brand verification, is prohibited and is covered by the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Content produced by the MCPbaz team on the site (including texts, catalog structure, and design elements belonging to the project) is reserved under applicable law unless stated otherwise. Names, marks, and content belonging to brands and server creators remain with their respective owners.

You may not copy or redistribute site content in a misleading way or in a way that infringes others’ rights, except to the extent of ordinary use permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” The MCPbaz team makes no express or implied warranty of complete accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the MCPbaz team is not liable for indirect, consequential, data-loss, lost-profit, or other damages arising from use of or inability to use the site or listed servers. Responsibility related to keys, transactions, and running servers on your systems remains with you.

9. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, abuse of banking and payment services — such as attacks, bypassing rate limits or restrictions, or any unauthorized use — is expressly prohibited. Violation of that policy may result in content removal, access blocking, or legal action.

10. Changes to these terms

The MCPbaz team may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after a new version is published means acceptance of the updated terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Governing law

These terms are, to the extent applicable, governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
